Chives (Allium Schoenoprasum) — Approx. 400sds/pkt. Grows tufts of grassy, tubular-shaped leaves much like miniature onion leaves. Mild onion flavour in typical onion-shaped leaves, and produce pretty, edible, purple ball-shaped flowers about 2.25cm (1"). Grows in clusters to 15cm (6") tall. Perennial.
Garlic Chives (Allium Tuberosum) — Approx. 150 sds/pkt. Thin, flat leaves possess a delicate garlic flavour in any dish. Edible white flowers spice up salads. Grows to 20cm (8") tall! Perennial.
Cilantro (Coriander) — Approx. 100 sds/pkt. Fresh leaves have a sharp citrus, nut-like flavour that compliments many dishes, while the seed spices up salsas, soups and stews. Uniform, upright 45*60cm (18-24") plants are slow bolting and heavy yielding. Annual.
