Authentic Paella Pans from Valencia, Spain. 1.8mm gauge carbon steel. 60CM. Great for Paella, Outdoor Fish Fry, Making Maple Syrup, even Pan Pizza! Made for cooking on an open flame, stove, or oven. To properly care for the pan: Treat as you would a cast iron pan, dry immediately after washing, and lightly coat the inside with any cooking oil to build a seal. Carbon steel pans will rust if not properly maintained in this way after each use. If you forget to seal the pan and it does rust, steel wool will take it off. The pan will get darker in colour after use.
