Topsoil
A ready-to-use product that is best used for seeding or sodding a lawn, lawn patching, levelling and tree/shrub planting. Topsoil is a 5% clay-based product. Please note that this product is not intended for use in gardens or flower beds, as it does not contain the organic matter needed for optimal plant growth.
When you order ½ cubic yard or more of this material, it is loose. This means it will either be dumped into the back of a truck or trailer upon pickup or placed into a pile during delivery. Bagged options are available only when purchased in bags. Please keep in mind that it does not come in a large tote bag; however, we can prepare it in a large tote bag for phone-in orders at an additional cost (please allow at least one day for preparation).
