Foxglove ‘Candy Mountain’

This is a unique selection of Foxglove, bearing tall spikes of glowing rose-pink bells, each with darker freckles on the inside. Unlike other varieties, the individual flowers face upward so the effect is very colourful and showy. Acts as a biennial, flowering the second year, setting seed and ultimately dying. Spectacular in early summer. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds. Allow plants to form seed so they may self-sow. Caution: Toxic if eaten.
