Brûlée Butternut — Approx. 15-20 sds/pkt. Produces high yields of uniform, stout fruits that have a rich and savoury flavour, with the right amount of sweetness.
Delicata — Approx. 15 sds/pkt. A variety of winter squash that are very sweet. Fruits are 8 inches long, cream-coloured and cylindrical with a flavour similar to sweet potato. An excellent variety for winter storage.
Red Kuri — Approx. 15 sds/pkt. A mini Hubbard squash bred in Japan with smooth, rich and sweet flesh. Early maturing fruit is teardrop-shaped, averages 3-4 lb and is perfect for pies and soups.
Spaghetti — Approx. 15 sds/pkt. Cooked flesh can be separated into spaghetti-like strands and used as a healthy alternative to pasta. Vigorous vines produce numerous fruit that are excellent for winter storage.
