McKenzie™ Early White Vienna — Approx. 250-275 sds/pkt. White flesh with very smooth light green skin. When eaten raw it has a delicious flavor similar to water chestnuts. When cooked, it has a mildly sweet, turnip-like flavour. For ultimate flavour and tenderness, harvest when bulbs are about 5 cm (2") in diameter.
