'California Wonder' — A popular heirloom, open-pollinated bell pepper known for its large, blocky, four-lobed, thick-walled fruit. Developed in the 1920s, it grows on productive 45--60cm tall plants, maturing from green to a sweet, bright red, and it is widely used for stuffing, salads, and cooking

Jalapeño’ — A popular type of chilli pepper, known for its moderate heat and versatility in cooking. They are green when immature and turn red when ripe, with a Scoville heat unit rating typically between 2,500 and 8,000.

 

'Lady Bell' — A highly productive, early-maturing hybrid sweet bell pepper (F1) known for producing 3-4 lobed, thick-walled peppers that turn from dark green to bright red. It is popular for its consistent, heavy yields—even in cooler northern climates—and is ideal for fresh eating, salads, and stuffing
 

Orange Blaze’ — A sweet, orange bell pepper variety known for its early maturity, disease resistance, and sweet flavour, with fruits reaching 3-4 inches long and 1.5 inches wide.
